TELECONFERENCE ENTITLED “TOURISM AND CULTURE YESTERDAY, TODAY, TOMORROW” HELD AT YSU IJEVAN BRANCH

On February 28th, 2019,  the International Scientific-Practical Teleconference entitled “Tourism and Culture Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” was held between  Ijevan Branch of  Yerevan State University Foundation and  Gzhel State University of Russia.

The Acting Director of Ijevan Branch of YSU A. V. Tsutsulyan made a welcoming speech touching upon the Armenian-Russian relations and cultural ties, Mrs. Natalia Nikolaevna Uvarova, Dean of the Faculty of Sociology of Gzhel State University, emphasized the significance of this conference for the strengthening of the Armenian-Russian relations. The Associate Professor of Gzhel State University, B. Lisitsina, Assistant of the Department of Tourism Management and Culturology A. Ulikhanyan, Lecturer of the Department of General Economics A.Saribekyan also made welcoming speech.

The teleconference aimed to strengthen cooperation between the two universities,  share experiences and ensure the progress of the youth.

YSUIB lecturers, graduates and students enrolled in Full-time training attended the conference.

In their reports, participants of the international teleconference touched upon the development of historic and cultural centers in Russia (Belenko O. G.), information technology development in tourism (Mastyukova E. A), the formation of tourism enterprise image (Alimpieva A), the diversity of advertisement classification (Sukhov S. D.), gastronomic tours (“Taste of Moscow Region”, Ilyana Y.A), tourism potential of Tavush region (Dovlatbekyan A.) development of ecotourism and related problems (Sargsyan A.),  tourism development opportunities in Tavush region (Safaryan M.), the role of monuments in tourism development in Tavush region (Ulikhanyan A.).

 

The international scientific-practical teleconference entitled “Tourism and Culture Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow” was held in an effective and interactive atmosphere and the two sides agreed to continue the cooperation.
