YSUIB BACHELOR’S DEGREE FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME TRAINING PROGRAM SCHEDULE OF 2018-2019 ACADEMIC YEAR SECOND SEMESTER HAS BEEN APPROVED

 In accordance with the №1 order of January 31, 2019 of the Acting Director of YSUIB A.V. Tsutsulyan, YSUIB Bachelor’s degree Full-time and Part-time training program schedule was approved for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year.

  1. BACHELOR’S DEGREE FULL-TIME TRAINING PROGRAM SCHEDULE OF 2018-2019 ACADEMIC YEAR SECOND SEMESTER

To finish the lessons of second semester of 2018-2019 academic years:

  • In non-graduate courses: on June 7th
  • In graduate courses: on April 6th.
  • Organize the exam sessions of the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year during the last week of the lessons.
  • Conduct the first mid-term exams for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year from April 8 to April 13.
  • Conduct the second mid-term examinations from June 1 to June 8.

Conduct the exams of the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year

  1. In graduate courses: from April 8 to April 13,
  1. In non-graduate courses: from June 10 to June 28.

Students who owe their tuition fees for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year are forbidden to attend the mid-term examinations.

Establish the schedule of students re-sitting

  1. a) The first liquidation period from April 16 to April 20 (for graduating courses) and from August 29 to September 7 (for non-graduate courses);

(b) The Second liquidation period from April 22 to April 30 (for graduating courses) and from September 9 to September 21 (for non-graduate courses).

  • Organize the final attestation of the graduates from May 3 to June 3.
  • 15 days prior to the start of the internship, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control and Department of Professional Orientation and Practice the reports on the interns (general section) and the list of students who take their internships at pre-agreed places. Submit the internship reports within 20 days after the completion of the internship.

THE SCHEDULE OF SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS TO THE EDUCATIONAL-METHODOLOGICAL DEPARTMENT BY THE FACULTIES

 JANUARY

  • Until January 18, submit the preliminary list of students who meet the requirements of the first stage of admission to the Full-time training Master’s degree.
  • From January 24 to January 31, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, students’ application having 12 credit during 1-4th semesters, signed by the Dean of the Faculty and also submit the cheque of tuition fees payment.
  • Until January 25, submit reports to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control(General Section) on the composition of the Commission for the first exam period of 2018-2019 academic years.
  • Submit the examination results of the first semester of 2018-2019 academic years (report according to 34 form) until January 25.
  • Present the timetables for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic years

FEBRUARY

  • Until February 1, submit to the Department of Education Planning and Control, the data on student online surveys
  • From February 1 to February 7, present the timetable of liquidation period for students accumulated up to 12 credits and the members of the examination committees
  • Until February 1, submit the reports on the lecturers paid on hourly bases of the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year
  • Until February 5, submit a package of documents for students awarded nominal scholarship
  • Until February 18, submit the records of faculty mandate committees on students recieving state scholarships by the respective lists.
  • Until February 18, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the results of the first liquidation session for the first semester of 2018-2019 academic year by the established form
  • Until February 25, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the contracts of students applying for readmission for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year
  • Until February 28, submit the list of candidates for presidency of attestation commissions for Bachelor’s degree 2019 programs.

MARCH

  • Until March 1, submit the schedule of mid-term examinations for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic years
  • Until March 4, according to the established form, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the results of the second liquidation session for the 1st semester of 2018-2019 academic years
  • From March 1 to March 4, submit with reports the results of the re-sitting of students having 12 credit (general section).
  • Until March 4, present the number of blanks and papers required for mid-term examinations
  • Until March 4, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the data of organizing online surveys among graduating students.
  • Until March 6, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, graduates’ passport data (in three languages) for completing diplomas.
  • Until March 7, submit the documents on students who are eligible to apply for partial compensation of tuition fees during the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year (applications are open from February 11).
  • Until March 11, submit the exam session schedule of graduating students for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year
  • Until March 27, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the reports on the composition of final examination committees of the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year  (the general section).
  • Until March 28, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, reports on the composition of final attestation commissions ( general section).

APRIL

  • Until April 3, submit to the Department of Professional Orientation and Practice, the internship programs for 2019-2020 academic years
  • Until April 3, submit the number of students enrolled in the 2018-2019 academic year selected or optional courses
  • From April 4th to 10th, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the applications for re-sitting or liquidation session until the end of the fifth semester for students having 12 credits (the general section), signed by the Dean of the Faculty and with the cheque of tuition fees payment
  • Until April 8, submit the study schedule of 2019 Full-time training. Within two days following the final attestation, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the reports on the graduation of students (the general section).
  • Until April 9, submit the number of students for an additional pedagogue qualification according to educational programs.
  • From 11 to 17 April, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the schedule of students (having 12 credits) re-sitting and the composition of the exam committees.
  • Until April 12, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the number of class registers required for the 2019-2020 academic year, indicating the types (small, medium, large).
  • Until April 13, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the number of papers required for mid-term examinations for the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic years, indicating the size of the papers (number of pages).
  • Until April 13, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the reports on the composition of the final examination committee (general section) of the second semester exam of 2018-2019 academic years.
  • Until April 16, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the results of the 2nd semester examinations for 2018-2019 academic year according to the established form and a report according to 34 form.
  • Organize the re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits from April 25 to May 2.

MAY

  • Until May 2, together with the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, according to the established form, enter the 2019-2023 academic years’ educational plans in the SuperVision program.
  • Until May 3, submit with reports the results of re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits (general section)
  • Until May 3, submit the results of liquidation session for the 2nd semester of 2018-2019 academic years in accordance with the established form.
  • Until May 13, submit the exam schedule of the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic years.
  • Until May 17, together with the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, enter working plans in the SuperVision program.
  • Until May 31, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the data on students online survey of the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year

JUNE

  • From June 1 to June 10, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the applications for the second re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits in the 5th semester of the Full-time training, signed by the dean of the faculty.
  • Until June 4, submit the guidebooks for first-year students of the 2019-2020 academic years.
  • Until June 7, submit a report on the results of 2019 final attestation (Form 10).
  • Until June 10, submit the extracts from the Curator Reports discussed at the Faculties Academic Councils.
  • From June 10 to June 20, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the timetable of second re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits in the fifth semester of Full-time training and the composition of exam committees.
  • Until June 14, together with the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, enter into the SuperVision program the lecturers and departments working schedule.
  • From June 20 to June 30, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the applications for the re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits (the general section), signed by the the dean of the faculty and with the cheque of tuition fees payment.
  • Until June 22, submit the study schedule of the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic year

JULY

  • Until July 2, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the exam results of the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic years according to the established form and report: 34 form.
  • Until July 6, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the schedule of the re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits and the composition of the exam committees.
  • Until July 8, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control (the General section) the reports on students course transformation
  • Until July 15, submit the study schedule of the first semester of the 2019-2020 academic years.
  • Until July 16, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the reports on the composition of the Final Examination Committees for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic years (the General Section).

AUGUST

  • Until August 28, submit the results of the rotation (extracts of the protocols and the list of nominees) approved by the mandate committees of the faculties, and the list of candidates who will take part in the first liquidation session, until September 10.
  1. PART-TIME TRAINING PROGRAM STUDY SCHEDULE OF 2018-2019 ACADEMIC YEAR SECOND SEMESTER
  • Organize the lessons of Part-time training Bachelor’s degree of the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic years in non-graduate courses from March 11 to April 6, and the graduating courses – from March 11 to March 23.
  • Conduct the first mid-term exams for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year from April 15 to April 27.
  • Conduct the second mid-term examinations of 2018-2019 academic year second semester from May 20 to June 1.

Conduct the second semester exam of the 2018-2019 academic year

  1. in graduate courses- from April 22 to 27,
  1. in non-graduate courses- from June 3 to June 29.
  • Students who owe their tuition fees for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year are forbidden to attend the mid-term and final examinations.
  • Establish students re-sitting or liquidation session
  1. a) the first liquidation session from April 30 to May 4 (for graduating courses) and from August 29 to September 7 (for non-graduate courses);

(b) the second liquidation session – from May 8 to May 14 (for graduating courses) and from September 13 to September 21 (for non-graduate courses).

  • Conduct the final attestation of the 2019 academic year graduates from June 10 to July 2.
  • 15 days prior to the start of the internship, submit to the Departments of Education Process Planning and Control and the Department of Professional Orientation and Practice the reports on the list of students taking internships at pre-agreed places. Submit reports on the internships within 20 days after the completion of the internship.

  • From January 24 to January 31, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, the applications of the re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits (the general section) in the 1st-6th course, signed by the head of the department with the cheque of tuition fees payment.

FEBRUARY

  • From February 1 to February 7, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the timetable for the re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits and the composition of the examination committees
  • Until February 18, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control (general section) reports on the composition of the final liquidation commission of the first exam year of the 2018-2019 academic years.
  • Until February 20, submit the study schedule of the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic years
  • Until February 28, submit the list of candidates of the final attestation commissions of the bachelor’s degree program.

MARCH

  • Until March 1, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the data on students online survey
  • From March 1 to March 4, submit with reports the results of the re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits (general section)
  • Until March 4th, submit the results of the first semester exam of the 2018-2019 academic year /Report Form 34 /.
  • Until March 14, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the students readmission contracts for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year.
  • Until March 18, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning students passport details (in three languages) for diplomas
  • Until March 19, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the results of the first liquidation session for the first semester of the 2018-2019 academic year in accordance with the established form.
  • Until March 23, submit the timetables of the first mid-term examinations for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year.
  • Until March 23, submit the study schedule of the second semester exam of the 2018-2019 academic year
  • Until March 25, submit the documents on students who are eligible for partial compensation of tuition fees in the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year ( applications are open from March 11).
  • Until March 28, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the reports on the composition of 2019 final attestation committees (the General Section)

APRIL

  • From April 11 to April 17, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the schedule of re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits and the composition of examination committees
  • Until April 12, submit the number of papers and forms required for mid-term examinations for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year
  • Until April 12, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the number of class registers required for the 2019-2020 academic year, indicating its types (small, medium, large).

  • Until April 30, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the results of the 2nd semester examinations for the 2018-2019 academic year according to the established form and report according to 34 form.

MAY

  • Until May 2, submit the schedule of the final attestation process.
  • Until May 2, together with the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, enter into the SuperVision program 2019-2024 educational plans.
  • From May 2 to May 3, submit the results of the re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits with reports (general section).
  • Until May 13, submit exam schedule for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year for non-graduate courses.
  • Until May 15, submit the schedule of the second mid-term examinations for non-graduate courses for the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year.
  • Until May 16, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the results of the liquidation session for the second semester of 2018-2019 academic year
  • Until May 17, with the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, enter the working schedule in the SuperVision program.
  • Until May 31, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the data on online surveys among students of the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year.

JUNE

  • From June 1 to June 10, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the applications for the second re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits in the seventh semester of the Part-time training, signed by the head of department with a cheque of tuition fees payment.
  • From June 10 to June 20, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the timetable of the second re-sitting of students hhaving up to 12 credits in the seventh semester and the composition of the examination committees
  • Until June 14, with the Department of Education Process Planning and Control, enter into the SuperVision program the departments and lecturers individual working schedule
  • From June 20 to June 30, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the applications for re-sitting of students having up to 12 credits ( the general section), signed by the dean of the faculty and with the cheque of tuition fees payment.

JULY

  • Until July 2, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control the exam results of the second semester of the 2018-2019 academic year according to the established form and report 34 form.
  • Until July 8, submit a report on the results of 2019 final attestation (Form 10)
  • Until July 8, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control  ( the General Section) the reports on students  course transformation
  • Until July 16, submit to the Department of Education Process Planning and Control he reports on the composition of the Final Examination Committees for the second liquidation session of 2018-2019 academic year 2d semester ( the General Section).

AUGUST

  • Until August 30, submit the guidebooks for credit system training of first-year students of the 2019-2020 academic year.
