SECOND AND THIRD-YEAR STUDENTS OF “ARMENIAN LANGUAGE AND LITERATURE” VISITED LUSADZOR PRIMARY SCHOOL

 On December 14th, 2018, 2nd and 3rd year students of  the Faculty of Humanities, “Armenian Language and Literature” specialty, at the initiative of acting Head of the Department of Armenian Language and Literature V. Avagyan visited the primary school of Lusadzor village. The school director Armen Sardaryan and teachers warmly welcomed the guests.

The purpose of the visit was to organize an event dedicated to the founder of the village and the history of the great tribes of the village, the Yeghanyan, Sardaryan and Ayvazyan.

Shushan in her report, presented one of the influential people of the village, Elizbar Sardaryan, the students presented her poems and her famous poem “33 did not come back”.

The reports were interrupted by recitation and songs.

The school students also performed a recitation.

Guests and representatives of the above-mentioned tribes also made a performance.

The acting Head of the Department of Armenian Language and Literature, Associate Professor, PhD, V. Avagyan and vice-dean of the Faculty of Humanities, Associate Professor, PhD, V. Aghababyan made the final speech.

In response, the school director and guests thanked them, organizing a small reception.

Due to such meetings, the school-university bilateral cooperation is expanding and deepening.
