The first stage of application for specialties within the framework of the admission process to universities of the Republic of Armenia for the 2026-2027 academic year has ended.

This year, Ijevan branch of YSU was in the leading positions among the regional branches. Most of the educational programs were competitive in terms of the number of applicants.

241 applicants applied for on-site bachelor's educational programs.

The most popular specialties of the branch are:

"Finance" - 51 applicants,

"Tourism" - 30 applicants,

"English and Literature" - 26 applicants,

"Informatics and Applied Mathematics" - 22 applicants,

"Design" - 19 applicants.
