Ijevan branch of YSU actively participates in the processes aimed at the internationalization of the university, within the framework of which the students of the branch have the opportunity to participate in numerous exchange programs and receive education at the best foreign universities.
Based on the strategic goals of internationalization, Ijevan branch of YSU continues to develop active cooperation with a number of partner universities around the world.

Erasmus+ is the EU's largest education, training, youth and sport programme, the first phase of which was implemented in 2014-2020, and the second phase will be implemented until 2027.
In the 2021-2027 period, Erasmus+ will allocate more than €26.2 billion to promote mobility and cooperation.
It enables students, as well as staff of higher education institutions, to study and/or gain professional experience in other countries.
Higher education institutions of the Republic of Armenia, including the Ijevan branch of Yerevan State University, can send their students and staff representatives to higher education institutions in the 27 European Union (EU) countries and third countries associated with the 6 programmes (North Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia and Turkey), and vice versa.
