On July 3, 2026, the graduation ceremony of the graduates of the YSU IB 2025-2026 academic year was held, which was attended by Yerevan State University Rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, Head of the Rector's Staff Davit Hovhannisyan, Rector's Advisor Vigen Khalatyan, Tavush Marz Governor Hayk Ghalumyan, members of the YSU IB administrative and teaching staff, students, graduates, parents, representatives of various sectors and media of the region, and guests.

On July 1 and 2, 2026 the internal examinations for the subjects "Drawing" and "Composition" were held at Ijevan branch of YSU for admission to the "Decorative and Applied Arts" and "Design" educational programs.

Working visit to Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) within the framework of the DIGITECH program

On June 22-26, 2026, representatives of the Ijevan branch of YSU participated in the DIGITECH Erasmus+ CBHE project working meeting at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg). The agenda included intensive discussions, exchange of experiences and practical visits aimed at modernizing educational programs and integrating digital technologies.

Final certification of 2026 distance learning graduates completed at YSU IB

In the period from June 6-13, 2026, the final attestation of the graduates of distance learning of the 2025-2026 academic year was carried out at the YSU Ijevan branch, with 5 bachelor's and 1 master's degree programs: "Business Administration (Management)".

On June 11, 2026, the exhibition of works by the 2025 graduates of the Faculty of Applied Arts of YSU IB was solemnly opened at “Vernatun” gallery in Ijevan.

Final certification of YSU IB 2026 on-site graduates assessed by the chairmen of the committees

In 2026, YSU IB Educational and Methodological Department and the Educational Reforms and Quality Assurance Department have collected and analyzed the opinions and reports of the final attestation committees on the graduates of the on-site studies at YSU IB, the results of which are used to further improve the organization and implementation of the qualification awarding process.

Our lecturer's new individual exhibition in Yerevan

Two years ago, on the initiative and under the patronage of the Armenian Patriarch of Constantinople, Sahak B. Mashalyan, the trilingual picture book “Istanbul: Old and New” by Levon Lachikyan, Associate Professor of the Chair of Tourism Management and Culturology of the Ijevan Branch of YSU, was published in Istanbul, a presentation was organized at YSU IB Library.

International experience and cultural exchange: Mariam Nursapinova's internship at YSU IB

Doctoral student of the L. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana (scientific supervisor: Svetlana Minasyan) Mariam Nursapinova is undergoing a 1-month scientific-pedagogical internship in Armenia, at the Faculty of Humanities of the Ijevan Branch of YSU, from May 11 to June 15.
