Intellectual competition at Ijevan branch of YSU

On May 21, 2026, the next round of the intellectual competition, organized by the Russian House of Gyumri for students, took place at Ijevan branch of YSU. The competition was held with the support of the All-Russian project “Knowledge. Game”, initiated by the Russian “Knowledge” company.

The final certification of graduates of the 2025-2026 academic year is underway at YSU IB

On May 16-30, 2026, the final attestation of graduates of the 2025-2026 academic year in Ijevan branch of YSU, according to the approved schedule, is planned to be held. On May 16, the defenses of the final theses of graduates of the educational programs "Tourism", "Elementary Pedagogy and Methodology", "Russian Language and Literature" were held.

Briefing lectures in schools of Tavush region

On the initiative of the Department of Internship Organization and Cooperation with Stakeholders of YSU IB and with the participation of the branch's teaching staff, a series of briefing lectures was held in various secondary schools of the region from April 30 to May 19, 2026.

The final round of "The Smartest" intellectual game at Ijevan branch of YSU

On May 19, 2026, the final stage of the “The Smartest” intellectual game took place at the Ijevan branch of YSU, in which 9 students of the 10th and 11th grades of Tavush region 4 schools (Aygehovit, Azatamut, Sevkar and Haghartsin secondary schools) participated.

Ijevan branch of YSU participated in the alumni forum dedicated to the 107th anniversary of the Alma Mater

May 16 is the foundation day of Yerevan State University. This year, YSU celebrated the 107th anniversary of its foundation. On the anniversary day, the university alumni gathered under their own roof. The YSU Alumni Forum united the university alumni “under one roof”, creating a platform for ideas, experiences, memories and new collaborations.
