Erasmus+ is the EU programme which support international collaboration actions in the fields of Education, Training, Youth and Sport for the period 2014-2020 and 2021-2027. The 2021-2027 Erasmus+ programme brings over €26.2 billion to support mobility and cooperation compared with €14.7 billion for 2014-2020. With this increased budget, Erasmus+ will be more inclusive, more digital, and greener.
Priorities of the Programme
Inclusion and Diversity: disabilities; health problems; barriers linked to education and
training systems and to discrimination; cultural differences; social, economic barriers,
geographical barriers.Digital Transformation.
Environment and fight against climate change.
Participation in democratic life, common values and civic engagement.
Organisations from countries outside the EU can take part in selected actions of the Erasmus+ Programme. In the context of Erasmus+, these countries are referred to as “non-associated third countries” (previously Partner Countries). If your organisation is hosted in one of the partner countries, it may be eligible to take part in one of the actions listed below.

Jean Monnet Actions
Erasmus+ Programme is open to the following countries:
“Associated countries”, which can fully take part in all the Actions of the Erasmus+ Programme (27 Member States of the European Union) and 6 Non-EU associated countries (Northern Republic of Macedonia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Serbia and Turkey).
“Non-associated third countries”, which can take part in certain Actions of the Programme, subject to specific criteria or conditions:
Eastern Partnership countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine,
Southern Mediterranean countries: Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine, Syria, Tunisia,
Western Balkans: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Kosovo (in line with UNSCR 1244 and the ICJ Opinion on the Kosovo declaration of independence),
Central Asia: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan.
Some Actions of the Programme are open to any country of the world. For some other Actions the geographical scope is less broad.
The mandate of non-associated third countries’ National Erasmus+ Offices under the Erasmus+ Programme covers all support, promotion and dissemination activities related to the international higher education and vocational education and training (VET) actions of the programme (in Key Actions 1, 2 and 3).
The international higher education and VET Actions of the Erasmus+ Programme that are open for Armenia include:

– Virtual exchanges in higher education and youth

– Partnerships for Cooperation, including Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) and Capacity Building for VET (CBVET)
– Erasmus Mundus Actions, including Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degrees (EMJMDs) and Erasmus Mundus Design Measures (EMDMs)
– Partnerships for Innovation, including Alliances for Innovation

Outcomes
The outcomes of Erasmus+ are available in reports and compendia of statistics, as well as through the Erasmus+ Projects Platform. This includes most of the initiatives funded by the Programme and a selection of good practices and success stories.
