Department of Internship Organization and Stakeholder Cooperation

The department of Internship organization and cooperation with stakeholders was formed in January 2014.

The objectives of the department are:

• to coordinate the work of structural units of the university in the direction of YSU IU admission and preparation of applicants,

• to ensure the strengthening of the mutual connection between YSU IM and public schools, the principle of continuous education of the school-university system,

• carry out year-round informational and organizational work with applicants of existing and remote systems,

• organize multi-level preparatory courses.

The functions are:

• Preparation of "Applicant's Guide" and video discs about the faculties every year in order to provide the necessary information about the educational programs and specialties of YSU IB.

• Acquaintance to the YSU IB educational system and professional orientation to the students of the higher grades of RA public schools,

• Organization of preparatory work for the creation of a base school (college) in the structure of YSU IB, creation of basic classes in public high schools,

• Conducting Olympiads in various subjects of general education for students of the final grades of schools in YSU IB and RA regions,

• Signing long-term agreements on joint educational activities with high schools and colleges operating in RA,

• Creation of bases (permanent recruitment services) for work with YSU IB applicants in RA regions,

• organization of the reception of applicants' cases and the educational process in long-term preparatory courses,

• organization of accelerated preparation courses before university entrance exams,

• development of preparatory courses by remote (distance) learning,

• organization of mock exams for applicants before university entrance exams.
