Dear applicant, from April 18, 2024 the process of university and specialty selection, unified and intra-university exams defined for the chosen specialty for the 2024-2025 academic year bachelor's admission started. To fill out the applications, visit www.dimord.am and follow the instructions in the video for filling out the Online Admission Application.

The graduate (applicant) to specify the university and major and to pass the admission (unified, intra-university) exam(s) specified for the specified major or to enter the exam(s) passed must have a ATC personal number  and fill out an application for admission on the dimord.am website of the testing center by May 10.

In order to get a personal number of the State Educational Institution, the graduate (applicant) applies to the director of his educational institution, and the graduates of the primary and secondary professional educational institutions of the previous years and the 2023-2024 school year apply to the director of the educational institution set aside for this purpose at their place of residence.

This year, Ijevan branch of YSU is carrying out the admission of on-site education  with the following educational programs.

Elementary pedagogy and methodology,

Russian language and literature,

Design,

Decorative-applied art,

History,

Armenian language and literature,

English Language and Literature,

French language and literature,

Psychology,

Finance (by fireld),

Informatics and Applied Mathematics,

Tourism.

Reminder:

During the filling of the applications of the 1st and 2nd stages, the applicant does not visit the reception committee of the Ijevan branch of YSU with any questions.

Those applicants who participated in the joint exams in the 1st round of the joint exams (January-February) and want to participate in the 2nd (June) round of the joint exams with the list of available specialties, should enter the dimord.am website and e-mail with the email address and password with which they registered on the dimord.am website in the 1st (January-February) phase.

Applicants applying for the 1st stage (item 14 of the admission procedure) send the application form for admission exams and profession declaration to the Assessment and Testing Center (ATC) electronically (online) through the dimord.am website, until including May 10, on May 10 until 6:00 p.m. from June 26 to July 1 inclusive, until 5:00 p.m. on July 1.

The university provides a pass for internal examinations.

The applicants of  Ijevan branch of YSU will receive advice on filling out the application form through a telephone conversation by calling 096987654 (VivaCell), 096557556 (Beeline), the responsible secretary of the YSU IB Admission Committee V. Aghababyan.

A separate e-mail address is also planned: vahan.aghababyan@ysu.am, through which the applicant of the YSU Ijevan branch can ask his questions in written form. The mentioned means of communication are valid only for the acceptance of applications during the above periods and on the specified working days and hours.

Applicants admitted to Ijevan branch of YSU must submit the required documents to the YSU IB admissions committee from August 27 to August 30.

The required documents are:

  • graduation document: certificate or diploma (with core),
  • photo (size 3×4 cm) - 4 pieces (1 - electronic),
  • identity document (original and copy from 1 copy),
  • the receipt for the fee for the exam (the electronic version is attached when filling out the application),
  • military booklet (the original), if available,
  • in case of using the privileges, relevant documents, the original and a copy of which are submitted to the responsible secretary of the branch by June 7 for the I phase, July 7 for the II phase (see the required documents of the applicants using the privileges of points 78-82),
  • diplomas of international and national competitions,
  • certificate of joint examinations (issued by the ATC at the end of joint examinations).

 Attention:

The sum of 3000 drams intended for the intra-university examination of the educational programs "Design" and "Decorative-applied art" should be paid to the following YSU IB account opened in "Ardshinbank": 2476100170940000.

It is possible to pay through any bank operating in the territory of Armenia, but when making a payment at any branch of "Ardshinbank", no bank charges are charged.

When making a payment at the bank, the name, surname, patronymic and profession of the student must be clearly indicated. The applicant keeps the bank payment receipt and presents it during the internal examination.

The following are exempted from the fee for joint examinations:

  • persons demobilized from compulsory fixed-term service,
  • 1st and 2nd groups and disabled from childhood up to 18 years old,
  • Children of servicemen who died during the defense of the Republic of Armenia
  • persons under the age of 23 without parental care.

Persons belonging to the above groups shall attach to the application a copy of the military booklet, a copy of the disability certificate, copies of the certificates issued by the RA Ministry of Defense, the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Security Service under the RA Government, as well as copies of relevant documents regarding being left without parental care.
