For the 1st semester of the 2024-2025 academic year, applications for partial tuition fees reimbursement  for Ijevan branch of YSU students are accepted only online through the e-request.ysu.am system.

Applications of students studying in on-site education system will be accepted up to and including September 29. Applications of students studying in off-site learning system will be accepted from November 4 to November 17 inclusive.

After the expiration of the specified periods, the electronic platform will automatically limit the possibility of sending applications for partial compensation.

It is necessary that the documents attached to the application are downloaded exclusively in the original version (color photocopies, one document principle, in pdf format file) and with the presence of mandatory pages of the documents mentioned below.

It is recommended to send applications using a computer (the possibility of sending from Android and iOS devices is currently under testing).

The provisions of chapter 5 of YSU student allowances, state and intra-university scholarship allocation regulations do not apply to 1st and 2nd year students.

Regulation Clause Required documents and valid conditions

22.1 Reference issued by the social service (score higher than the marginal score of family insecurity).

22.2 Birth certificate, documents certifying the status without parental care (death certificate, court decision - all pages, etc.).

22.3 Birth certificate, documents certifying the status of one-sided orphanhood (death certificate, court judgment - all pages, document certifying the status of a single mother from the Civil Registry Office, etc.).

22.4 Marriage certificate, child's birth certificate.

22.5 Birth certificates of three minor children in the family or references of three students from their educational institutions.

22.6 Birth certificate, parent's disability certificate.

22.7 Birth certificate, the first page of the military book and the page on which there is the record: performed combat duty or participated in combat operations.

22.8 Reference issued by the social service (score below the cut-off point for family insecurity)

22.9 Formed annually as a result of transfer/rotation from the Deanery of the Ministry of Education and Culture from the Super Vision program

22.10 Birth certificate, parent's military service certificate with all pages, issued by the RA Ministry of Defense, approved by the interdepartmental commission, or a certificate of a volunteer volunteer

22.11 Birth certificate,

22.13 Birth certificate, 1st, 2nd, 3rd class diploma of the Olympiad held by YSU
