How to apply for the program
Applications for participation must be submitted in September-October and January-February of each year.
Applications require a package of documents:
CV,
Academic transcript,
Motivation letter,
Learning agreement.
After the process of submitting the documents, according to the presented documents, the branch organizes an interview, after which a preliminary selection of candidates is made. The committee evaluates the documents submitted by the candidates and their language skills according to the approved points (CV: 20 points, academic transcript: 25, motivation letter: 20, language skills: 20, learning agreement: 25).
After passing the interview stage, receiving the approval of the host university and the necessary documents, it is necessary to apply to the embassy of the given country to obtain a “D” category entry permit (Visa).
It should be note that:
the courses studied abroad must comply with the student’s curriculum and educational requirements,
the study abroad course provides for educational components equivalent to 30 ects per semester,
the student will receive an “Erasmus+” grant, which is intended to cover travel and living expenses (the amount of the grant may vary depending on the distance between the sending and receiving countries, the number of students applying, and other prerequisites),
students studying in the second semester of the graduate year cannot participate in the program.
