The solemn event, which added to the series of events dedicated to the 30-year anniversary of YSU IB, was accompanied by an exhibition of the works of graduates of the Faculty of Applied Arts, and festive music (performed by the ensemble of the Ijevan Music School, YSU IB student Lilit Torosyan).

The event opened with the anthem of the Republic of Armenia and the anthem of Yerevan State University.

In the first part of the graduation event, the graduation ceremony was held, during which YSU rector Hovhannes Hovhannisyan, YSU IB acting director Anushavan Makaryan, president of the Student Scientific Society Siranush Abazyan, president of the Student Council Davit Aleksanyan, and Inna Harutyunyan, a graduate of this year, recognized as the best student of YSU in 2023 wished the graduates good luck and sent warm words of congratulations and best wishes. 

Before the awarding of diplomas, YSU Rector H. Hovhannisyan awarded two dozen employees and students of YSU IB with letters of thanks for the support shown to the residents in the disaster zone and the implementation of volunteer work.

Mher Meruzhani Otaryan, deputy director of YSU Ijevan branch, was awarded the YSU silver medal for the support shown to the residents in the disaster zone, the implementation of volunteer work and keeping the reputation of the university high.

The Rector of YSU, the Governor of Tavush and the Acting Director of the YSU IB presented the diplomas of excellence to the graduates with high progress, then the deans of the faculties, according to their specialties, presented their diplomas to the other graduates of on-site and off-site education.

The second part of the event, the graduates' graduation party, continued with photoshoots, music and entertainment in the peaceful nature of Tavsh, in "Yell Extreme Park" of Yenokavan.
