At the session, the number and amount of nominal scholarships provided at the expense of financial resources of YSU in the 2025-2026 school year, the bachelor's and master's educational programs, the regulations of the Educational Reforms and Quality Assurance, Financial Resources Management Departments were approved.
The results of the 2025 survey on the satisfaction of graduates with the education they received at YSU IB, the process of organizing the internship of YSU IB students, and issues related to recommending the publication of the “Professional Orientation” guide edited by R. Aghuzumtsyan, Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology of YSU IB, were discussed.
Advisor to the Director of the Branch, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Quality Management under the Academic Council of YSU IB A. Makaryan reported on the results of the 2025 survey on the satisfaction of graduates with the education they received at YSU IB. In particular, it was noted that the student-centered activities and transparent management of YSU IB enable both internal and external stakeholders to be constantly informed about all processes, as well as to become direct participants in assessing their effectiveness and supporting their improvement and development with their suggestions. The Department of Educational Reforms and Quality Assurance of YSU IB identifies the needs and problems of stakeholders through various mechanisms and studies during each academic year, collects their suggestions, analyzes them and provides them to the relevant departments to propose solutions.
The regular annual study was conducted through an online survey among the graduates of the branch (bachelor's and master's degrees) of the 2024-25 academic year. The aim of the survey was to determine the graduates' satisfaction with the organization and implementation of the educational process at the branch, the organization of internships, the services and resources provided, the university environment, the current assessment system, the objectivity of assessment, etc.
High participation rates were recorded in terms of online surveys in both the bachelor's and master's degrees.
The survey results were processed and generalized by faculties, by educational programs and presented to the members of the Academic Council in average grades or percentages.
According to the results, 47.4% of the students participating in the survey at the bachelor's degree are planning to continue their studies. The desire is especially great for "English Language and Literature", "Armenian Language and Literature", "History", "Tourism", "Russian Language and Literature" educational programs. 36.8% of the survey participants are already working, of which 12% are in their specialty, and another 24.8% are already oriented towards work. The results of the 2024 survey on employment in the master's program indicate that a large number of graduates are working, but only a part of them are working in their specialty. In 2025, a significant increase in professional employment in the labor market is observed compared to 2024.
The survey results show that the work carried out by Ijevan branch of YSU to reduce corruption risks and eliminate the manifestation of corruption phenomena is justified. Thus, to the question “Have you been forced to pay for private lessons during your studies in order to get a grade (test)?” in 2024 and 2025, all respondents (100%) indicated that there were no cases of forced payment for private lessons in order to get a grade (test).
94.4% of the graduates participating in the survey in the bachelor's degree indicated that they would recommend their relatives to get an education at YSU IB, and 95% of the graduates in the master's degree indicated that they would recommend that their relatives receive education at YSU IB, and 95% of the graduates in the master's degree indicated that they would recommend that their relatives receive education at YSU IB.
The strengths indicated by the graduates for the branch are the high quality of education, professional teaching staff endowed with excellent human qualities, the caring attitude of the management, the student-centered approach, the affordability of tuition fees, and etc.
A. Makaryan's report on the results of the 2025 survey on the satisfaction of graduates with the education received at YSU IB was taken into account.
On the next issue, the head of the Department of Internship Organization and Cooperation with Stakeholders L. Beginyan reported on the process of organizing internships for students of YSU IB. It was presented that in the 2024-2025 academic year, according to the working curricula of bachelor's and master's degrees, the Internship Organization and Cooperation with Stakeholders Department organized 49 internships (9 educational - 5 on-site learning, 4 off-site learning, 12 pedagogical - 8 on-site learning, 4 off-site learning, 28 professional - 18 on-site learning, 10 off-site learning).
The internships were organized according to the schedule and programs submitted by professional departments to YSU IB Department of Internship Organization and Cooperation with Stakeholders.
The educational internship was organized in the educational programs "History", "Tourism", "Decorative and Applied Arts" and "Design". 122 students participated in the process. During the educational internship, based on the needs of the educational program, students developed their abilities aimed at their future professional activities by performing certain types of work (studying assigned topics, collecting information, organizing, analyzing, performing creative works). They were organized in the branch and outside the branch, covering various geographical areas and objects. 5 students of the distance learning educational program "History" accumulated academic debt as a result of the summaries of the educational internship tests.
At the end of the pedagogical (also professional) internships, the department conducted a survey of external stakeholders with the aim of finding out the opinion of external stakeholders on the professional and personal qualities of the students who had undergone the practice.
A student survey on professional internship was also conducted through the e-learning.ysu.am system with the aim of having the opportunity to receive feedback on the entire process of the internship (from preparation to final assessment).
It was emphasized that these assessments are an important basis for future organizational and methodological improvements.
It was noted that the Department of Internship Organization and Cooperation with Stakeholders will provide the analysis of the results of the external stakeholders and student surveys to the professional chairs for discussions and appropriate decisions.
L. Beginyan's report on the process of organizing the internship of YSU IB students was taken into account.

It is aimed at students of psychology and pedagogy specialties, and may also be useful for organizers of secondary education. The guide has passed all the established procedures and has been submitted to YSU IB Academic Council for consideration for publication.
