YSU IB Department of Internship Organization and Cooperation with Stakeholders organized lectures and an intellectual game for students of Sevkar, Dprabak, Aghavnavank, Haghartsin secondary schools and Chambarak high schools on December 11-17, 2025.

The meetings were attended by Head of the Educational and Methodological Department A. Davtyan, Head of the Department of Internship Organization and Cooperation with Stakeholders, Assistant of the Chair of Tourism Management and Culturology, Ph.D. L. Beginyan, Inspector of the same department A. Sargsyan, Associate Professor of the Department of Armenian History and Social Sciences, Ph.D. A. Azatyan and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Programming and Information Technologies, Ph.D. R. Yolchyan.

In Sevkar and Haghartsin secondary schools, Associate Professor of the Department of Armenian History and Social Sciences, Candidate of Technical Sciences A. Azatyan gave a lecture to 11th-12th grade students on the subject of “Armenian History” on the topic “Domestic and Foreign Policy of the First Republic”.

At Dprabak, Aghavnavank secondary and Chambarak high schools, the head of the YSU IB Educational and Methodological Department A. Davtyan, head of the Internship Organization and Cooperation department L. Beginyan presented the opportunities and development prospects of the branch to 10th graders, answered the questions of interest to the students, and the associate professor of the Department of Programming and Information Technologies, candidate of technical sciences R. Yolchyan gave a lecture for 11th and 12th graders on the topic "The relevance of natural science professions in the Republic of Armenia". 

Inspector of the Department of Internship Organization and Cooperation A. Sargsyan and members of the Student Scientific Society E. Khemchyan, A. Sarukhanyan and R. Mkrtumyan implemented “The smartest” intellectual game in Sevkar and Haghartsin secondary schools, in which 12 pupils of 11th grade from Sevkar secondary school participated, and 10 pupils of  11th grade from Haghartsin secondary school.

In the first round of the intellectual game, the students were given 12 questions testing their general development. The 6 students who scored the highest points were given the opportunity to continue the game in the second round.

In the second round, the participants, choosing 2 topics from 12, answered questions on their chosen topic within 1 minute.

In the third round, the participants had to answer questions on a topic they had previously selected. Aida Ordinyan from Sevkar secondary school and Ani Tamrazyan from Haghartsin secondary school earned the highest points and were recognized as the winners of “The smartest” game. They were awarded with certificates of honor and a book donated by the branch (Rafael Margaryan's novel "Help My Heart Beat").

The students were very impressed with the lectures and intellectual game and expressed a desire to carry out such initiatives more often.
