- Our students were awarded 2nd and 3rd class diplomas at the international conference
The conference, as well as the competition for the best scientific articles, were attended by Aspram Hovhannisyan, Hasmik and Haykuhi Kokobelyan, and Roza Adamyan, 3rd-year students of the “Russian Language and Literature” educational program, who participated in the conference and the competition for the best scientific articles under the scientific supervision of Svetlana Minasyan, Professor of the Chair of Foreign Languages of the Yerevan State University, and were awarded second and third-degree diplomas.
On December 25, a solemn ceremony of awarding their diplomas was held at YSU IB, which was attended by the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Humanities N. Grigoryan, Professor of the Chair of Foreign Languages S. Minasyan, Lecturer of the same department E. Shuvaeva, and 3rd -year students of the “Russian Language and Literature” educational program.
Our students made reports within the framework of the section “Migration Processes and Intercultural Communication in the Face of Global Challenges”, which was headed by Elena Borisi Bedrina and Tamara Vladimiri Kuprina.
Aspram Hovhannisyan presented a report on “Artificial Intelligence in Intercultural Communication” and was awarded a second-class diploma. Roza Adamyan presented a report on “Intercultural Communication as a Special Type of Communication”, Haykuhi and Hasmik Kokobelyan presented a report on “Intercultural Communication in the System of Didactic Games”. All three speakers received a third-class diploma.
During the work of the section, topical issues related to modern migration processes, intercultural communication in a global educational environment, the adaptability of migrants, the use of digital technologies and the role of education in the formation of students’ intercultural awareness were discussed.
The reports of the students of YSU IB were highly appreciated by the expert jury.
Participation in the international conference contributed to the expansion of the students' scientific and professional capabilities, the development of research activities and the strengthening of international academic cooperation.
