Department of Organization and Service of Economic Activities

In January2020, on the basis of the economic part of YSU IB, the Department of Organization and Service of Economic Activities was formed.

The multidisciplinary activities of the Department of Education and Training ensure the normal functioning of the educational institution.

The main functions of the department are:

• to ensure the protection of YSU IB property, its restoration and replenishment, as well as the cleanliness of the buildings (buildings) and the 2 areas adjacent to them,

• monitor the technical and sanitary condition of YSU IB buildings and take timely measures for their cleaning and repair,

• according to the submitted request, to provide administrative and educational departments of YSU IB with office and other accessories and property, as well as everyday economic products,

• during the heating period of the buildings, keep the operation of heating boilers and central heating boilers under daily attention and control and monitor the process of compliance with safety rules,

• To introduce modern security equipment and create the necessary sanitary and hygienic working conditions at YSU IB.

• to carry out printing (copying) works,

• according to the order of the director of YSU IB, to organize an inventory of material values, and in individual cases to submit a proposal to the director for the write-off of morally and technically worn-out property,

• to maintain a working relationship with the water supply, sewerage, communal, electric service, gas service and other interested services of the area and take measures to correct emergency cases of the said services,

• to identify and present to the Directorate of YSU IB the defects in the technical and general conditions of the buildings and at the same time submit estimates for their current repairs.

In order to organize the activities of the economic part, implement the planning and organization of the economic 3 maintenance works of the Ijevan branch of the "Yerevan State University" foundation and its individual units.
