To establish direct and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of higher education, science and culture and to increase the effectiveness of educational, methodological and scientific research work, Non-profit joint-stock company <<L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National Universitp>, represented by its Chairman of the Board - Rector Yerlan Sydykov, acting under the Charter on the one part, and
<<Ijevan Branch of Yerevan State University> foundation, represented by the Director M.M. Otaryan, acting under the Charter on the other part, jointly referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a"Party", have entered into this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinaft er the'oMemorandum")․
