On April 19-29th, 2019, YSU Ijevan Branch representatives carried out the final professional orientation works for 2018-2019 academic year, at Ijevan Schools.
The works were carried out among 11th and 12th graders of Noyemberyan and Berd Schools (Secondary Schools of Noyemberyan and Berd, Koghb N1, N 2, Berdavan, Baghanis, Koti, Jujevan, Voskevan, Norashen, Aghbyur, Aygedzor, Chinari, Artsvaberd) and Berd State College students.
The works were conducted by Lianna Beginyan, PhD, Assistant, head of Professional orientation and Practice Department, Slavik Alaverdyan, Inspector of the same Department, Lecturer of the Department of General Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Aida Sarhatyan, PhD, lecturer of Armenian language and Literature Department, PhD Alisa Hasanyan, PhD Vahan Aghababyan, lecturer of the Department of General Economics Arpine Yeganyan, Assistant of the Department of Armenian History and Social Sciences Ara Azatyan.
During professional orientation meetings, YSUIB representatives introduced the specialties available at the University and its opportunities, distributed booklets and answered students’ questions.
Dean of the Department of Armenian History and Social Sciences, Associate Professor David Tinoyan conducted an open lesson on history for 12th graders of Ijevan High School.
The process of submission of documents for admission to YSU Ijevan Branch will start from May 6, till June 1.
