On March 12 and 13, 2019, Associate Professors of YSUIB Department of Armenian Language and Literature A. Sarhatyan and A.Hasanyan delivered lectures in Ijevan College and Ijevan High School.
A.Sarhatyan, PhD, Associate Professor of Armenian Language and Literature Department delivered a lecture for the 10th graders of Ijevan College and A. Hasanyan, PhD, Associate Professor of the same Department delivered a lecture for 12th graders of Ijevan High school.
They touched upon the role and importance of the Armenian language and literature, the mistakes in everyday speech, the relation to literary language and dialects, culture of speech, reading and other linguistic issues.
YSUIB representatives also discussed problems connected with choosing a profession and introduced the specialties available at YSU Ijevan Branch and its opportunities.
