The purpose of holding the championship was to increase the role of sports in participation, to bring out the best athletes to form YSU IB team.

The games were played in a round format.

Collective teams of "Tourism" and "Finance (by industry)" educational programs met. The team of the "Finance (by industry)" educational program won with a score of 2:1.

The match between the teams of the "Finance (by field)" and "Informatics and Applied Mathematics" educational programs ended with a score of 2:1 in favor of the first.

The teams of the “Tourism” and “Informatics and Applied Mathematics” educational programs met. The team of the “Informatics and Applied Mathematics” educational program won, again with a score of 2:1.

Thus, the 1st place was taken by the team of the “Finances (by field)” educational program, the 2nd and 3rd places were taken by the teams of the “Informatics and Applied Mathematics” and “Tourism” educational programs, which were awarded medals and certificates by the directorate.
