On April 30, 2025, at the initiative of the YSU Department of Organization of Internship and Cooperation with Stakeholders, the branch hosted students of the 10th and 11th graders of Aygehovit Secondary School, accompanied by their teacher A. Chobanyan.

A tour of the branch's faculties was organized for the students. Lecturers of the Faculty of Applied Arts A. Chibukhchyan and T. Bagamyan presented the students' works in the fields of sculpture, pottery, carpet weaving, and glass painting in the studios. Lecturer of the Faculty of Natural Sciences G. Gulakyan introduced the students to the students' research works and technological developments in the Agrotechnology Laboratory.

Head of the Department of Organization of Practice and Cooperation with Stakeholders L. Beginyan presented the educational programs of the branch to the students.

Then, the Department of the Organization of Practice and Cooperation with Stakeholders, together with the Student Scientific Society, organized the intellectual game “Amenakhelatsin” for 12 students of Aygehovit Secondary School.

The game was conducted by Anna Sargsyan, Inspector of the Organization of Practice and Cooperation with Stakeholders Department, Siranush Abazyan, President of the Student Scientific Society, and 3 members.

In the first round of the intellectual game, the students were given 12 questions testing their general development. The 6 students who scored the highest points were given the opportunity to continue the game in the second round.

In the second round, the participants chose two topics from 12 topics and answered the questions on their chosen topic within 1 minute. Based on the results of this round, Angela Dallakyan, Nver Ghevondyan, and Arevik Simonyan advanced to the next round.

In the third round, the participants had to answer questions on a topic they had previously chosen. Nver Ghevondyan scored the most points and was recognized as the winner of the “Smartest” game. He was awarded a certificate of honor and a book donated by the branch (Raffi’s novel “Khent”).

Angela Dallakyan and Arevik Simonyan took 2nd and 3rd places, being awarded certificates of honor.

The students were very excited about the visit to Ijevan branch of YSU, the intellectual game, and expressed a wish for such initiatives to be continuous.
