- Donation of English literature to the YSU IB Library
Tamara England's initiative was implemented through a fundraiser by representatives of the US Peace Corps Volunteer Network, and the donated literature was pre-selected by the lecturers teaching English at YSU IB. The donated literature fully meets the modern requirements of English language teaching and will greatly contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning, and teaching English as a foreign language.
The project was implemented with the direct assistance of Emma Temrazyan, Assistant Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages of YSU IB, and Head of the Foreign Languages Chair, Ph.D., Associate Professor K. Harutyunyan.
During the exhibition of donated literature, the lecturers of the Department of Foreign Languages, together with M. Otaryan and the Director's Advisor A. Makaryan were presented with the direction of the donated literature and the expediency of teaching. The Director thanked Tamara England, a former volunteer of the US Peace Corps, for the donation of a large amount of literature, and E. Temrazyan, who supported the implementation of the initiative, emphasizing the importance and significance of such initiatives from the point of view of ensuring the educational and scientific requirements of the YSU Ijevan branch.
