On the other issue, the results of the student surveys for the 2024-2025 academic year on the quality and effectiveness of teaching at YSU IB, were reported by the Head of the Educational and Methodological Department A. Davtyan. In particular, it was noted that the Educational and Methodological Department jointly organized the surveys with the faculties in accordance with the procedure, questionnaire and schedule of the "Student Survey on the Quality and Efficiency of Teaching at Yerevan State University" (the first semester surveys for full-time students were conducted from February 5-20, for distance learning students from March 12-26, and the second semester surveys for full-time and distance learning students from July 1 to September 7). The surveys were conducted online in both the on-site and off-site learning systems, via university email addresses.

The reliability of the survey results is determined by the level of student participation. 650 out of 1098 students of the branch's on-site education (59.20% of the main student body) and 266 out of 857 distance learning students (31.04% of the main student body) participated in the surveys for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The first two questions of the questionnaire, which refer to corruption phenomena, do not constitute a percentage in the branch. The third question refers to the work of educational program supervisors. 900 students answered this question in the on-site and off-site learning system, of which 826 (92%) considered the work of educational program leaders effective. The other questions refer to the assessment of the work of the faculties, dean's offices, professional chairs and lecturers in the organization and implementation of education.

The survey results were sent to faculties and professional departments to discuss them in meetings, present proposals on the opinions expressed, and possible solutions to the problems raised.
