- Our students were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd class diplomas in the international scientific and practical competition
The conference was the final stage of the “Together towards the Profession of the Future” international competition of educational projects for schoolchildren and students, which is held annually in Russia and aims to strengthen international ties, improve the quality of pre-university education and promote professional self-determination of schoolchildren.
YSU IB students were awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree diplomas in the “Joint Project Learning of Students and Schoolchildren” competition for presenting video films about professional practice carried out in schools of the Tavush region (Ijevan School No. 1, Azatamut Village School and Dilijan High School No. 1).
Under the scientific supervision of Professor Svetlana M. Minasyan of the Department of Foreign Languages, 3rd-year students Seda Amirjanyan, Erika Mkhitaryan, Isabella Sahakyan, Hasmik Kokobelyan, Haykuhi Kokobelyan, Aspram Hovhannisyan and Roza Adamyan have proudly represented the YSU Ijevan branch at the international scientific-practical conference and submitted their works to the competition.
According to the results of the competition, the educational projects of the students of the YSU Ijevan branch were highly appreciated by the expert jury and awarded diplomas of various categories.
The educational projects presented by schoolchildren and students at the “Together towards a Future Profession” were:
The project “School Light in the Heart of Ijevan” by Seda Amirjanyan, Erika Mkhitaryan, Izabella Sahakyan, which was awarded a 1st class diploma.
The project “Azatamut” by Haykuhi Kokobelyan and Hasmik Kokobelyan, which received a 2nd class diploma.
The project “Everything Starts at School” by Roza Adamyan and Aspram Hovhannisyan, which was awarded a 3rd class diploma.
The scientific supervisor Svetlana Mikhaili Minasyan was also awarded a diploma for high professionalism, pedagogical mastery and excellent preparation of schoolchildren and students within the framework of the competition.
Participation in both the competition and the international scientific-practical conference, organized by the Chair of Foreign Languages and Translation of the Ural Humanitarian University of the Ural Federal University, contributed to the expansion of students' scientific and professional abilities, the development of their research activity, as well as the strengthening of international academic cooperation.
