In August 2026, students of the II–IV years of YSU IB “Russian Language and Literature” educational program Haykuhi Kokobelyan, Hasmik Kokobelyan, Mane Hovhannisyan and Nare Vardikyan participated in the international educational program ““I am learning from the Great” Russian Language School” in Moscow. It was dedicated to the mastering of advanced approaches and methods within the framework of the program “Modern technologies for teaching Russian as a foreign language”.

During the eventful week, the participants:

  • mastered digital tools (got acquainted with modern technologies and learned to independently create interactive websites and educational games for use in further pedagogical activities),

  • participated in a rich cultural program (visited famous historical and literary sites of the Russian capital, combining study with communication with the cultural environment).

The educational process was harmoniously combined with acquaintance with the history, literature and art of Moscow (a walk along Tverskaya Street, Old and New Arbat, visits to the Kremlin and the legendary museum of M. A. Bulgakov, the house-museum of Marina Tsvetaeva, the Taganka Theater and watching the performance of "Eugene Onegin").

The students successfully completed the program, passed the final certification, demonstrating a high level of mastery of the material, and received certificates. Participation in such educational programs contributes to the development of students' professional abilities, broadens their horizons and opens up new prospects in teaching the Russian language at the international level.
