The event offered students the chance to connect directly with real-world employers and industry representatives, allowed employers to meet future professionals, and enabled first-year students to explore the diverse opportunities available in university life.

Ijevan Branch of YSU participated in the "Learn & Work: YSU Expo 2026" with a separate pavilion, showcasing its educational and scientific capabilities. The branch's creative potential was showcased through an exhibition of works created by students and lecturers from the Faculties of Natural Sciences and Applied Arts. Master classes featuring students from the Faculty of Applied Arts were also organized, giving visitors the opportunity not only to observe but also to directly participate in the creative process.

One of the pavilion's interactive features was the "Discover Tavush" quiz, developed as part of the "Tourism" academic program, which allowed visitors to explore the Tavush region through an engaging, game-based format.

Information regarding the activities of YSU Ijevan Branch faculties and their bachelor's and master's degree programs was presented to expo visitors through brochures, flyers, stickers, and bookmarks. In the exhibition area, the diverse works from the Faculty of Applied Arts, spanning genres such as tapestry, ceramics, glass painting, carpets, and sculpture, generated particular interest.

"Learn & Work: YSU Expo 2026" served as a significant platform for the YSU Ijevan Branch to showcase its educational, scientific, and creative potential beyond the region, establish new connections, and gain insight into job offers and opportunities presented by YSU’s partner organizations, as well as key labor market trends.
