Meeting-discussion with the representatives of Tavush Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at YSU IB

On the occasion of Rescuer's Day, a meeting-discussion was held at Ijevan branch of YSU with the Head of the Population Protection Department of Tavush Regional Rescue Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Rescue Service, Rescue Service Major Sargis Markosyan, and the Senior Instructor of the same department, Rescue Service Senior Lieutenant Tigran Adamyan.

We are pleased to inform you that on July 30, 2020, the Minister of Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Armenia approved the results of the competition for vacant places at Ijevan branch of YSU for the 2025-2026 academic year.

The results of the competition for the main stage of the undergraduate admission with the on-site studies of YSU IB 2025-2026 academic year have been published

On July 18, 2025, the Minister of Education, Science and Technology of the Republic of Armenia approved the results of the main stage of the competition for admission to the bachelor's degree program (free and paid) at Ijevan branch of YSU for the 2025-2026 academic year, according to which 186 applicants were admitted to Ijevan branch of YSU (45 free of charge, 140 paid, 1 with a privilege of 80 points).

Workshop on “Critical thinking, fighting thought collapse and a classroom environment that is flourishing for everyone” at YSU IB

On July 18, 2025, a workshop on "Critical thinking, fighting thought collapse and a classroom environment that is flourishing for everyone" was held at Ijevan branch of YSU, which was initiated by the Chair of Foreign Languages of YSU IB.

The project submitted by YSU IB and international partners within the framework of Erasmus program has been approved

In January 2025, a number of higher education institutions from Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Slovenia, Germany and Georgia developed and presented the DIGITECH project within the framework of the ERASMUS Lump Sum Grant program. The Ijevan branch of YSU and the Armenian State University of Economics applied for the program from the Republic of Armenia.

Happy Constitution and State Emblem Day of the Republic of Armenia

Today, July 5, 2025 marks the 30th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. With the restoration of the independence of the Republic of Armenia in 1991, the need to adopt a new national constitution arose. The new Constitution was adopted on July 5, 1995 by a national referendum.
