Within the framework of the "Guest Professor" program, such initiatives are regularly held at the YSU Ijevan branch, which provide students with the opportunity to listen to lecturers from other universities and exchange experience between both lecturers and students.

The lecture was jointly conducted on the Zoom platform by Associate Professor of the Department of English and Professional Communication of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, PhD Natalya Igorevna Sokolova, and Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages ​​of YSU IB, PhD Svetlana Mikhailovna Minasyan.

The binary lecture helped students understand what leadership really is, how it can contribute to professional growth in the field of pedagogy, and provided a number of important knowledge that is useful in the academic environment and in their future professional lives.
