Participation of YSU Ijevan Branch in "Learn & Work: YSU Expo 2026"

On September 23, 2026, the "Learn & Work: YSU Expo 2026" event took place at Yerevan State University. The event aimed to bring together employers, students, alumni, and applicants on a single platform, thereby fostering educational and career opportunities, effective communication, and the establishment of new connections.

Our students participated in an event organized by the Central Bank of Armenia and J-PAL Europe

On September 22, 2026, fourth-year students from the "Finance (by industry)" educational program at Ijevan Branch of YSU participated in the event titled "Towards Evidence-Based Policymaking: A High-Level Policy Day in Armenia," organized by the Central Bank of Armenia and J-PAL Europe at the Dilijan Training and Research Center.

In accordance with Government of the Republic of Armenia Decree No. 440 of September 19, 1994, the Ijevan Regional College was reorganized into the Ijevan Branch of Yerevan State University.

"Environment, Biodiversity, and Human Rights" course at Ijevan Branch of YSU

On September 15–16, 2026, a training course titled "Environment, Biodiversity, and Human Rights" was held at Ijevan Branch of YSU. Funded by the Government of Sweden and organized by the Armenia office of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute of Human Rights and Humanitarian Law (RWI), the course was conducted by Meri Margaryan—an RWI expert, trainer, and Candidate of Political Science.

Pilot teaching sessions for the "DIGITECH" program continued at the YSU Ijevan branch

On September 10–11, 2026, pilot teaching sessions and project meetings were held at the YSU Ijevan Branch as part of the European Union’s Erasmus+ program "Introduction of Innovative Technologies in the Field of Digitalization of Technological Processes and Production" (DIGITECH).
