On March 28, YSU IB Director Mher Otaryan solemnly awarded Anna Tamamyan, a 4th-year student of the "Tourism" educational program of the Faculty of Economics, and Smbat Tsutsulyan, the supervisor, assistant professor of the Department of Tourism Management and Culturology, candidate of economic sciences, with certificates of participation (delivering a scientific report) in the international scientific-practical online conference held on February 25, 2026, at the initiative of Gzhel State University of the Russian Federation.

Our student has been awarded as "Best Student of 2025" by the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Yerevan

The Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Yerevan, with the support of the Association of Students of Russian Universities in Armenia, solemnly celebrated Student Day. The award ceremony for the winners of the already traditional “Best Student of the Year” nomination was held within the framework of the celebration.

Acting Head of the Chair of General Mathematics and Natural Sciences of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of YSU IB, Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor Gevorg S. Simonyan was elected a member of the international editorial board of the prestigious scientific journal "Oxidation Communication" (indexed in the Scopus database Q4) of the "Scientific Bulgarian Communications" LLC in 2026.
