The Branch has successfully solved the issue of accommodation of lecturers arriving from Yerevan. In 2006, the hotel complex was built intended for 18 lecturers not far from the educational building, near the picturesque Botanical Garden of Ijevan, on the bank of the Aghstev River.
In 2010, the complex has expanded to another subdivision intended for four people with a comfortable rest and working room. The hotel supplies internet, hot water and shower.
The manager of the hotel complex is Siramarg Asatryan.
